Deer Pictures
Went back up to the farm after Thanksgiving to hunt. Woke up bright and early Friday morning and weathered 30 degree temps. I didn't have much luck until I got out of the stand and was heading to the truck. These deer were walking out into the field. They hung around playing for about 10 minutes until momma got wind of me. You can see her walking up on me to find out what I am and what I'm doing. Yes... I could have busted one but I thought pictures would be better for everyone to see. I'll get one before the season is out. I did get a nice buck during bowseason when my buddy Jeff was down from Seattle. He came right by him but didn't stop so he couldn't get a shot. So I did the deed when he came by me.

Toccoa Trip
We headed up to Toccoa to visit everyone and play around on the farm. I took some pictures of the trees, barn in progress, and good deer sign. I also tried to kidnap Ben, but I let him go since he said he would only stay for 3 days. I figured it wouldn't be much fun for that short of a stay.

Nursery Update
Well we have been working really hard to complete the baby room before Thanksgiving. Jessica has been very good at giving directions while I work my tail end off. So far, we have acomplished the following. Painting all walls yellow, having an artist (Elizabeth Junkens) come in and paint a lamb mural on the wall behind the crib, put together a dresser/changing table, purchased a rocker, and bought a bedding set from Pottery Barn Kids.

Elizabeth Junkins (artist) did a FABULOUS job on our mural. We had a picture of what we wanted and she painted it on the wall. She is so very tallented and we appreciate her coming over and making our nursery complete. It looks wonderful!!!!!!!!! Thanks Elizabeth.
Pictures of our new Rocking Chair...
We recently purchased a dresser. We liked this one because we thought we could make it a changing table as well as a dresser. The pictures make it look darker than it really is. It is actually a dark cherry, not black like pictures look. We have not purchased the changing table part. So for now, enjoy pics of the dresser.....

About Us
About Us....
Welcome to our website. We created this website to share pictures of our baby that is due in February. We have family and friends all over the United States and this is the best way for us to share pictures of our growing family with them.
Paul and Jessica met in 1998 at Buffalo's Cafe. Jessica was a manager and Paul was the bartender. Jessica's sister (Brittany) played matchmaker and the rest is history. We got married July 19, 2003 in Georgia. We honeymooned for a week in Negril, Jamaica. We recently purchased our first home. We are also expecting our first child in February 2005.
Paul is beginning his 2nd year of sales with MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. For the past year or so he has been covering Atlanta, Charleston, and Hilton Head. He has been traveling and eating a lot of sushi in the Carolinas. Beginning in 2005, he will no longer cover that area. He will only be in Atlanta....YEAH! That means that he will be sleeping at home EVERY night. Paul is doing very well in sales.....he has had record sales toping $1 million this past month! Paul has also been busy hunting. This year he took a nice 8 pointer.
Jessica has been busy student teaching. She will graduate from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education in December 2004! She will not be working because we are expecting our first child in the beginning of February. In the meantime, Jess will be busy preparing for our little girl!
We hope that you enjoy our website.
About the site...
We really don't know much about our site except that Paul's brother (Todd) put it all together. He has been helping us learn about computers and this HTML stuff. We are learning slowly but surely. I do know that the blog, comments, archives, and a few other pieces are powered by Movable Type, a freeware content management/publishing system for bloggers.
