Bailey travels to INDIANA
Bailey took her first trip out of state. And... she decided to go to Indiana to visit family. Mommy took a bunch of pictures so, we will break it up into several posts over the next few days. This first post is pictures of Bailey and Aunt Carol and her family. Bailey especially loved playing with 2nd Cousin Ashley and Cousin Emily.
Bailey did so well in the car. I mean EXTREMELY, UNBELIEVABLY, TREMENDOUSLY, AMAZINGLY, WONDERFULLY, ASTONSIHISHINGLY well. It takes 6 hours to get to Indiana without baby in tow. I was expecting the trip to take 8 or 9 with Bailey. But, it only took 7 hours. She did not fuss a bit. She actually does better than her Mommy and Daddy. She played, slept, and watched Baby Einstein. Watched baby Einstein you say.....well, that is another story in a post to come.
A big thanks is inorder for MeMe (Jessica's mom). MeMe rode with us and sat in the back with Bailey. She did such a great job of keeping her entertained. Thanks MeMe. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello.....we are still here
It has been a long time since I last updated the website. We have been busy with reunions, playgroups, Paul's brother and his family in town, and just plain playing.
Paul's brother Todd and his family (Marla, Emma, and Henry) were in town visiting from California. It was nice to see them again. It has been over a year. Henry is one month older than Bailey but, they are pretty much the same as far as height and weight go (Henry was a month premature). It was fun to see them interact with eachother.
Bailey's new trick is growling at people. If I growl at her, she growls back at me. It is so cute. She even growls at other babies when they are bothering her.
Bailey is getting closer and closer to crawling....OH NO!!! She gets on all 4's and rocks back and fourth. It will be no time and she will be all over the house.

Another Photo Shoot
Mommy and Daddy decided to shoot some more pictures of Bailey. So, we got our "photography studio" out of the closet (black background and toys to make the baby smile) and then we started shooting away.
Mommy took all the pictures in the first outfit and Daddy took all the pictures in the strawberry outfit.
Bailey loves to ham it up for the camera. She is quite photogenic and the cutest thing I have ever seen. Of course, most parents think that of their children....and right they should.
We just go back from the DOC for our 6 month check-up. Bailey is actually 6.5 months old but, that's ok. 2 shots, a quick check-over, questions answered, and a weigh-in and height check and we are back home for the day. Bailey did very well with her shots.....I guess she doesn't take after her Daddy. She is a trooper.

Weight: 18 lbs. 10 oz.
Height: 26 inches
Two cute things Bailey started doing: she growls at us and the dog and she also sticks her tounge out at people and spits on them. So cute. She is talking so much now that Paul and I can't get a word in.....right Gran. Yesterday Gran was trying to talk and Bailey wouldn't stop talking for us to hear Gran.
