Bailey's Back
For all you loyal Bailey fans, it has been a while since your last pic fix. I know Auntie B....YOU NEED YOUR BAILEY PICS!!!! Well, have I got a lot for you. We have all been cooped up in the house with colds. Bailey started it all and Paul and I caught it quick. We are happy to say that everyone is feeling much better.
Bailey is working on her second tooth. Unlike her cousin Henry, Bailey's teeth are slow growing. Our first tooth is still only half way in. And it has been cut for several weeks now.
Bailey has figured out how to throw a fit. It is quite cute if I dont say so myself. She arches her back and bangs her hands and feet and boy can she scream.
The first fit was kinda my fault. OK, ALL MY FAULT!!! She had been up for 5 hours (long time for Bailey) and was past ready for bed. Not only was she tired, but she was hungry and sick. Well, I thought that I should clean out her nose. That involves digging for gold with a Q-tip. Bailey doesn't like it....neither does Gran, MeMe, Papa, Auntie B, or anyone else who has seen me do this. But, it gets all the boogers out and allows Bailey to sleep well at night. It doesn't hurt. It is just annoying, I guess.
The fit was so cute that Paul and I just laughed. Afterwards, we took pictures of the teardrop on her face. See the last 2 pics.
Speaking of pics......click here to see all the new Bailey pics. Enjoy!

Daddy's Girl
Well....football season has begun. And, Bailey is ready. Thanks to her Great Cousin Judy and family, she has her very own Georgia cheerleading outfit. And we must admit....she is the cutest Georgia cheerleader we have ever seen.
The weather has really been enjoyable this week. Daddy thought it was so nice that he set up shop in the drive way. Thank you technology! With the wireless router he can work anywhere in the yard and enjoy the nice weather.
I have included one picture of Bailey riding her new toy horse named Rudy. Rudy was given to Bailey from a couple in our neighborhood. It is straight from Germany. Bailey loves riding Rudy.
Bailey has been all smiles lately. I guess she is showing off her new pearly white. In this set of pics there are a lot of Bailey and Daddy. She sure is quite the Daddy girl. She just lights up and kicks her legs everytime he walks in the room. Us girls love our Daddy. He is the best Daddy in all the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And last but not least, we got our house painted. I put up one before (green shutters) and several after shots of the house (black shutters). Paul and I really like the new look of the house. What do you think? Before or after?
Now what you really look at this site for.... click here to see ALL the pictures of Bailey.

It's time to take a bath!!!
Bailey loves to take a bath. We take one every other day. She gets so excited (kicks her feet and claps her hands) when I start the bath water.
She doesn't take her baths alone though....rubber duckie and the whales always join in for all the fun.
Another favorite thing Bailey likes to do is dunk her head under water. She closes her eyes and puts her whole face in the water. Sometimes, she breaths in a big breath of water and starts coughing. Then that starts all her fake coughing....another NEW favorite.
Check out picture # 4 and # 5. I think Bailey looks a lot like Paul when he was a baby in those two shots. What do you think Gran and Grandpaw?
Enough talking....enjoy the pictures.

Labor Day
We had a nice long relaxing Labor Day. My family came and stayed for the weekend. We had lots of yummy food.....shrimp n' grits, a crab and shrimp boil, ribs braughts and cheeseburgers. I think we all gained several pounds after those filling dinners. It sure was good. And even better with good company.
Bailey has many new FIRST's this week.
* she cut her FIRST tooth
* she can say the word "Hey" when she sees people or if they say it to her first
* she can clap now and do Patty Cake
* she had her FIRST Kroger free cookie ( a treat for Krogering)
* she got her first BOO BOO (scratched her toes while walking in her walker on the concrete
So, now that you are all caught up to date on Miss Bailey enjoy the pics. Click here to see all the pics.

Standing, Crawling, and Peek-a-Boo
As you can tell from the pictures....Bailey absolutely loves the her new Leap Frog toy. I think the best part about the toy for Bailey is that she can stand and hold onto it while playing. It is amazing how fast they grow up. It seems like just yesterday I was worried about breast feeding. That was 7 1/2 months ago....WOW!
Bailey also has a new facination with the game Peek-a-Boo. The first several pictures in this set show her hiding under her hands ("Where is Bailey") and then appearing ("BOO there's Bailey"). It is so fun to see the excitement on her face. Too cute!
Bailey is not quite crawling. Although, she gets on all fours and rocks so hard. It won't be long. I really need to go and get gates and baby proof BEFORE she actually starts. So much going on!!!
Well, my parents are here for the weekend so I better go socialize....right Paul. Pics of our weekend to come soon.

Hunter Baltzell

Jeff & Sarah Baltzell are the proud NEW parents of Mr. Hunter Baltzell. He was born August 31st around 2 am. Hunter weighed in at 7 lbs. 14 oz. He was 20 3/4 inches long.
Sarah is a trooper after one tough delivery. But, I am sure Hunter was worth every bit of it.
Welcome to the world Big Guy.

Mamaw & Papaw Brown
While in Evansville, Indiana Bailey met her Great Mamaw & Papaw Brown for the first time. Although, it seemed like she had known them forever. She went to them right away. She had such a good time being held and spoiled all day long. Bailey sure does love her Mamaw and Papaw (just like her Mommy does).
While at Mamaw & Papaw's, Paul went out in their lovely and quite large flowering backyard to take some pictures. Paul is very proud of the last close-up shot of the bee. He did such a close-up that you can even see the specks of pollen on the bee. Great shot Daddy!
While in Evansville Bailey also learned how to put the laundry basket of toys over her head. She thought she was soooo cool. We think she's pretty cool too!!
While visiting everyone we decided not to haul around the pack-n-play everywhere we went. So, Daddy volunteered VERY quickly to nap with Bailey several times a day. As you can see from the pictures, both of them really enjoyed their naps together.
You may also notice pictures of Paul watching a movie while driving us home. Well, we decided to buy a dvd player for the ride back. It was cool, 2 tv monitors and a great picture. It was originally intended to play Baby Einstein for Bailey. But, as you can see, Daddy wanted to watch his movies instead. At least we all got back to Georgia safe and sound.
Now for the pictures that all you loyal Bailey fans have been waiting and asking for. Click here to see them. Enjoy
